The villa boasts two bathrooms with showers and an additional toilet - ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The heart of the villa is kitchenette, complete with modern amenities such as a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the necessary dishes. The spacious living and dining area provide plenty of space to gather and enjoy quality time together. Outside, you will find a beautiful private swimming pool measuring 8x4 meters, surrounded by a sun terrace with outdoor furniture and loungers. The fenced plot of 800 m² includes a garden, a barbecue area and a 40 m² terrace perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation. Entertainment options include a flat-screen Smart TV, table tennis and a children's area. The villa also offers practical amenities such as air conditioning, WiFi, a safe and an iron. Located just 8 km from the beautiful beaches and the centre of Vodice, Villa Ivana provides easy access to restaurants, cafés and local attractions. Nearby attractions include Krka National Park, Vrana Lake and Zadar Airport, making it an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Dalmatian coastline. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and the property offers private parking for up to 3 vehicles. Please note that events and youth groups are not allowed. The house is accessed via an unpaved road. Use the washing machine and other appliances during the day as it is powered by solar energy. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Small pets are allowed for an additional charge of EUR 10 per night, payable upon arrival. Smoking is not allowed in the house, only outside. Parking is available for 3 cars. Seating area, barbecue, pool, shower, deck chairs and trampoline. Suitable for disabled access.
