Located just 50 metres from the beach and 150 metres from a supermarket, the villa offers excellent accessibility. Nearby attractions include the Solaris Beach, an aquapark, and restaurants within walking distance. The historic Šibenik Old Town is approximately 6 kilometres away, while Split Airport is about 55 kilometres from the property. Please note that the villa does not allow pets or smoking, but it is youth-group friendly.
