This beautiful villa with its swimming pool was built in 1902 in stone and completely renovated in 2013 in accordance with the natural environment in which it is located. For the reconstruction there were used only natural materials typical for the area, from which especially stands out the stone Kanfanar with whom it is paved more than 300 square meters of garden. The villa is fully adapted to a modern lifestyle and her charm are the elements of the rustic architecture, original style facade with natural materials and earthy colors, and a stone’s ring off the traditional Istrian cistern from 1880. The villa consists of two parts with separate entrances. The upper part is a spacious apartment with three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with garden furniture. On the ground floor there is a studio apartment made of stone with a traditionally derived fireplace and a terrace with garden furniture in front of which there is a pool and some sun beds. The villa is located in a small village with only a few settled houses. Surrounding her extends 7000 square meters of green garden ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet and total privacy. The distance to the nearest supermarket is 4 km, the first restaurant is at 1.5 km (possible catering by arrangement), the first beaches are 3 km away, and the distance to the most beautiful beaches of Istria in Rabac is 10 km. The villa is located only an hour drive from all the natural and cultural sights of Istria. With a rustic construction of the house and special attention given to the rules of Feng Shui, the house and garden are equipped with devices in accordance with the modern lifestyle and needs, and fully covered by Wi-Fi signal.

Ošlje is a small Dalmatian village near Dubrovnik, only 45 minutes drive from the center of Dubrovnik, which will provide you with everything you need during your vacation - quiet, at the same time lots of sun by the pool in the yard, 100% privacy and fresh air of the village! The village of Ošlje is 15 minutes drive or 15 kilometers from the sea and the most beautiful beach in Slano. The place is away from the city crowds, and yet close to Dubrovnik. Our guests rent our house with a swimming pool due to the good location of day trips to the islands around Dubrovnik (port Prapratno - Mljet, port Orebic - Korcula, port Brsecine - Kolocep, Lopud, Sipan), visits to Mostar, Medjugorje, Vjetrenica cave, and visits to Montenegro. The Villa is great for families with children because you have a children’s playground. In the apartment you have a cot and high chair for feeding the baby, and we can organize a stroller for your baby. Inside the Villa there is a laundry The beach is 5 km away from the house. The beach is very quiet, no big crowds. Other beaches are about 12 km away. Guests of the Villa Ivona on the free road can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere away from the city crowds, meditate on comfortable loungers by the pool overlooking the green fields and enjoy local specialties such as homemade liqueurs of nuts, roses, Mrče, homemade brandies from vines and herbs, wine and homemade fruits and vegetables from the eco garden in front of the house. Villa Ivona has two separate residential units located on different floors and thus provide privacy. The ground floor for 2 to 3 people has a large kitchen and dining room, bedroom and bathroom with sauna, and the upper floor which is for 4 to 6 people has two bedrooms, especially living room, kitchen and beautiful terrace. In front of the entrance to the ground floor there is a swimming pool, a covered terrace with a summer kitchen with barbecue and a large table, behind the house is our eco garden where you can use our vegetables and fruits and a children's playground. Villa Ivona has its own new motorboat that it rents to guests for day trips. The boat is rented with a skipper and our guests have a discount for the selected day trip. If you are interested, let me know and I will send you the details of the trip. Villa Ivona also has a summer kitchen with a large fireplace where you can prepare a barbecue. We can organize birthdays, anniversary celebrations and various other celebrations for our guests. If guests want, we can also buy them groceries so they don’t have to waste time at the supermarket in our house. We want our guests to relax and enjoy their vacation On the day of arrival we can organize the preparation of dinner with two menus. If you’re interested, let me know, and I’m here to arrange a relaxing dinner after a long trip. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. I expect my guests to behave just like me - I enjoy the terrace by the pool, we eat barbecue, sunbathe and eat fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers ...) from the garden and taste our best local wines. Pets are allowed, smoking is allowed. For guests we offer a warm welcome with homemade liqueur made of walnuts or cherries, our homemade brandy as well as fresh juice and water, and a basket with seasonal fruits.
