Apartments M&F are two identical apartments and are suitable for larger groups of guests. Each apartment has two bedrooms and a living room. The apartments are well equipped for a pleasant stay of guests. The apartments are air-conditioned, have a safe, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, TV/Netflix. The barbecue has its own terrace for sitting. Deckchairs for sunbathing, the yard is fenced. Parking is in the garage. The apartments are located just a few minutes' walk from the sea. The market is near the house.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION FACILITY: - The accommodation facility is located in the coastal town of Brist at Peča 13a, between Ploče and Makarska. - In front of the building there are 5 parking spaces for cars, and 40 m from the building there is also a parking lot for vehicles up to 10 m long. - Behind the building is a barbecue room equipped with a brick barbecue, water, electricity, wood and equipment - On the 1st floor there are: Apartment (1) for 4 persons 44 m2, Apartment (2) for 5 persons 38 m2, Apartment (3) for 3 persons 25 m2 - On the 1st floor there is also a covered terrace of 25 m2 with a view of the sea, where there are 3 tables and 13 chairs - On the 2nd floor there are: Apartment (4) for 2 persons 23 m2, Room (5) for 2 persons 21 m2 - On the 2nd floor there is also an uncovered terrace of 24 m2 with a view of the sea, where there are 2 tables and 8 chairs - Distances to beaches: 70 m horizontally and 17 m vertically as the crow flies, minimum 170 m on foot, minimum 700 m by car DESCRIPTION OF WORKING METHODS: - We sell our domestic products of olive oil, almonds in the shell, ripe and dried figs - We deal with short-term rental of tourist accommodation during the summer season from 15.6. until 15.9. every year - In order for someone to be able to reserve accommodation, they must send their inquiry 10 or more days before the start of their stay - We do not accept guests with pets, as this may disturb other guests - Accommodation is available to guests from 14:00 to 22:00 on the day of arrival and until 8:00 to 10:00 on the day of departure. - According to house rules, it is forbidden to make noise between the hours of 14:00 and 16:00 and 23:00 and 08:00. - All guests, except guests from Room (5), can use the barbecue room free of charge between 10:00 - 12:00, 17:00 - 19:00 or 20:00 - 22:00 - Guests in the accommodation receive clean bed linen and 1 small towel per person, and the replacement during the stay is listed below - For stays of 1-13 days, the rule is that bed linen and towels are not changed during the stay - For stays of 14-20 days, the rule is that bed linen and towels are changed once on the 7th to 10th day of stay, but not on Sundays - For stays of 21 days or longer, bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days on the day of the week chosen by the guest, but not on Sundays - If guests require bed linen to be changed more often than the rule, or require large towels, this will be charged additionally PRICE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT: - Total price of the stay = (cleaning 2 EUR/m2 + stay according to the price list) x (1 + sum of associated price corrections in % / 100) - For stays of 1-3 days the price increases by + 30%, and for stays of 10-30 days the price decreases by - 10% - Price correction in % due to the number of people = 50% x (number of people – offered capacity) / offered capacity - You get a discount for the advance payment - X % for X months (0.3 < X < 15) from the request for accommodation until the start of the stay - Discounts for the length of stay, for a smaller number of people and for the advance payment are added together so that the biggest discount can be - 50% - The price includes: tax and tourist fees, cleaning of the accommodation before the stay, use of the accommodation in compliance with the house rules, bed linen, air conditioning, wireless Internet access (Wifi), SAT-TV, one parking space per apartment/room, use of 2 terraces that are shared by all guests, use of the barbecue room for all guests except for guests in Room (5) - Part of the payment is in advance, and the rest up to the full price is paid in cash on the first day of the stay, because we do not accept cards CHANGE OF DATE, CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION AND REFUND OF ADVANCED DEPOSIT: - If we cancel your reservation, we will return 100% of the advance as soon as you send us your bank account number - If you want to change the date of the reservation and we can offer you a new date that suits you, then the old reservation is canceled by your acceptance of the invoice for the new reservation, and 100% of the paid advance becomes the advance for the new reservation - If you want to change the date of the reservation and we cannot offer you a new date that suits you, then you can keep the existing reservation, or cancel it and obtain a refund of the advance according to the following rules - If you cancel the reservation before May 1st, we will return 75% of the advance as soon as you send us your bank account number - If you cancel the reservation from May 1 to 10 days before the reserved date, we will return 50% of the advance payment in September of the same year - If you cancel the reservation less than 10 days before the start of the reserved period, we return 25% of the advance payment in September of the same year - If you do not cancel the reservation and do not arrive at the reserved time, you lose the right to refund the advance payment

The place of Brist is named after the elm tree (Croatian word - brijest), and it is first mentioned in 1571. However, the settlement is much older, as evidenced by numerous archeological finds, and was located inland on the slopes of Biokovo, as well as all the other old settlements of the Makarska Riviera. The present place of Brist was formed in the late 19th century when the population moved along the coast. The entire length of the place stretches a beautiful pebble beach ideal for families with children, offering an unforgettable view of the island of Brač and Hvar. Along the beach, there is a promenade that connects neighboring places of Podaca and Gradac and is ideal for pleasant walks at sunset. The interesting thing about Brist is that there are more registered beds in private accommodation than residents (only about 400 inhabitants). Otherwise, accommodation can only be found in apartments, rooms and holiday homes within private family accommodation. The place is ideal for all those who want to enjoy peace and quiet and relax on the beautiful pebble beaches. For lovers of nature and active holidays, we recommend going to the Biokovo Nature Park (hiking, walking, paragliding...), and those looking for a good night's fun, we recommend going to nearby town of Makarska.
