It's an island with no cars or disposable plastic but a reputation of a place for a great and relaxing vacation, ideal for sailors, artists, and adventurers, with some 2700 hours of sunlight a year. In the inland of the island, about 2.5 km away from the tourists and crowds you will find peacefully green village of Borovica, where you can meet a nosy peacock running around. We must admit that only a year ago this seemed crazy, but the result made us really proud. One of the original stone houses has become our own peace of heaven, brought to the 21st century. Sitting on the terrace with the most beautiful view of the sunset we are waiting for our guests! During your stay, you get a golf cart at your disposal for a comfortable ride to the center (driving in the center is forbidden) as well as 4 mountain bikes. Beaches - 15 minutes of pleasant hiking to the beautiful and peaceful bay Veleš - 2.5 km to the main beach (possibility of cycling to the beach or by golf cart to the promenade along the sea) In Zlarin there are several types of beaches - rocky beach on the southwestern cape, pebble and concrete beach with bars and fast food on the northwestern bay.

Description of the House Irena: House Irena is rented in full. It is located at the entrance to Košljun. It is located on a private plot and has no neighbors, in peace and quiet without a crowd on the beach. The beach is 30 meters from the house and only the guests are accommodated in the House Irena. At about 800 meters from the house, a small grocery store. We do not receive reservations for groups that consist only of young people. In the house there are three apartments and have 10 beds plus 2 extra beds. 1. Apartment- - 1 room with double bed and extra bed with bathroom, 1 room with double bed, bathroom (2 bathrooms in apartment), kitchen and covered terrace. 2. apartment- 1 room with double bed and extra bed, 1 room with double bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and covered terrace. 3. In the summer period, when you spend a lot of time on the terraces, you have at your disposal approximately 80m2 of covered terrace with sea view. The utility room is located with a washing machine. Beside the house there is a large barbecue in the tavern, fully equipped with wood and briquettes. The beach is shade and deck chairs. The closest grill restaurant is only 50 meters away, and another one is about a 100 meters away. A small infirmary is also very close to the house while downtown Crikvenica also houses an urgent care center and a tourist infirmary. The downtown center of Crikvenica is about 3 kilometers away. You can reach it via the walking trail that follows the coastline, you can bike, take a tourist train, a minibus, or a boat that all operate multiple times every day. The closest beach, only 200 meters from the house, is also a home of the local diving center that offers many related amenities. The closest beaches are made of gravel, rock, or cement. There are beach chairs and sun umbrellas for rent, children’s beach city/play area, aqua gun, numerous coffee shops and restaurants, and the entry is free of charge. If you prefer a sandy beach, there is a gated one in Crikvenica where you can also find a dog beach. In our apartments pets are also welcome with an extra charge, subject to strict compliance with the rules on keeping pets in the apartments. Published prices are valid for 4 or more nights.
