Luxuriously furnished 3-room apartment of 70 m2, on the 1st floor, situated on the Holy Spirit and only 80 meters away from Ilica. The ceiling height in all rooms is 3 meters. The apartment has an east-west orientation and is extremely bright, airy and spacious. The apartment has gas central heating and is equipped with air conditioning. One bedroom has a large bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and the other bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps. The sitting set in the living room can be converted into an extra bed for two. The living room has a large 50 ”(127 cm) Smart TV with cable and Internet (Wi-Fi) connectivity. A modern kitchen with a fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, hood, microwave, plates, glasses and cutlery is at guests' disposal. The apartment also has a washing machine. The apartment is not suitable for pets. On the west side of the apartment there is a balcony 7 meters long overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden. The balcony is ceramic tiled and comes with teak wood furniture. Nearby is the Holy Spirit Hospital, Tumor Clinic, Podobnik Maternity Hospital & Clinic, and Sisters of Mercy Hospital (Vineyard Hospital), which is only three tram stops or a 15-minute walk away. In addition to the above, there are shopping centers, Lauba Gallery, Croatian Catholic University, Algebra College, Cortugli Business School, Exit Theater, Sports House, etc. near the apartment. The apartment is modernly furnished, fully equipped and located in a quiet location from which various facilities are easily and quickly accessible, as well as close proximity to the city center.
