Our holiday premises are located in a very quiet area, in a subburb called Mundanije-sv. Ilija. Within a short drive by car most of the beaches and places on the island could be reached. If someone prefer or like to walk, the city centre and beach Skver are at only 10 to 20 minutes walking distance, trough a picturesque and interesting landscape. The nearest restaurant is only 100 meters away. The shopping, green and fish markets are only 700 meters distant and could be reached by foot in 10 minutes of pleasant walking. A private parking area is also at disposition next to our premises. Regretfully pets could not be accepted due to no conditions available. Internet is connected and available. A washing machine can be used on request. The apartment is of 60 sq. meters. Can accommodate 2 to 4 persons. It is completely equipped: 1 bedroom with double bed, leaving room with a couch where 2 kids or one senior person could be accommodated. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and WC are all available. Satellite TV is also installed. There is a beautiful view to the bay from the terrace-balcony.

In the center of Dugi Rat (only 10 minutes walk) there are supermarkets, cafes, post office, bakery, church ... 5km from Dugi Rat is Omis, and 20 km is Split. Omis is famous for the river Cetina (rafting, ziplline).

It is pebbeled Kaštelet beach with several coffee bars. We rent only one comfortable apartment placed in the mansard of our family house. Size of apartment is 70 m2 + 20 m2 of terrace. It has one double bedroom, one small room with single bed, dinning room with kitchen, living room with auxiliary bed (couch), bathroom and a large terrace. Terrace has a rocker, table and shower. Enjoying wiev to the sea you can relax and sunbathe protected from prying eyes. Apartment is air-conditioned and equiped with TV and WiFi internet. Parking place is in the garden.

ABOUT ZAVALA: Zavala is a small fishing-village with approximately 200 inhabitants. It is situated on the sunny southern side of the island of Hvar where the water is still crystall blue. Magnificent pebble beaches in Zavala are among the most beautiful in Croatia. Inhabitants of this pittoresque Dalmatian village traditionally live of olives, wine, fishing, and more recently tourism. Thanks to the preserved atmosphere of a typical, peaceful Mediterranean resort Zavala can offer you peace and relaxation, completely opposite of the bustle of modern urban life. There are no hotels and urban noises nearby. Zavala is connected to the northern side of the island Hvar by a unique tunnel with the length of about one mile (1.4 km). Constructed initially as a means of bringing water to the south of the island, the Pitve-Zavala tunnel was never designed for passenger traffic, but until recently, it was the only means of road access to Zavala. In Zavala there are few restaurantes and bars and several guesthouses with accommodation, rooms and apartments.
