Our holiday premises are located in a very quiet area, in a subburb called Mundanije-sv. Ilija. Within a short drive by car most of the beaches and places on the island could be reached. If someone prefer or like to walk, the city centre and beach Skver are at only 10 to 20 minutes walking distance, trough a picturesque and interesting landscape. The nearest restaurant is only 100 meters away. The shopping, green and fish markets are only 700 meters distant and could be reached by foot in 10 minutes of pleasant walking. A private parking area is also at disposition next to our premises. Regretfully pets could not be accepted due to no conditions available. Internet is connected and available. A washing machine can be used on request. The apartment is of 60 sq. meters. Can accommodate 2 to 4 persons. It is completely equipped: 1 bedroom with double bed, leaving room with a couch where 2 kids or one senior person could be accommodated. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and WC are all available. Satellite TV is also installed. There is a beautiful view to the bay from the terrace-balcony.
