Robinson house "Sunset Romance", for rent WHOLE, is located on the south side of the island of Pašman, in a beautiful small bay, Stivanja, 50 m from the sea, first row to the sea, 5 km from the town of Neviđane, on the north side of the island, which can be reached by ferry Zadar - Preko, 20 km by car, or Biograd - Tkon, 15 km. It can be reached from the state road D 110, intersection Neviđane, on a dirt road that requires more careful driving, straight to the parking lot next to the house, or by boat, a small speedboat, in the bay to an agreed place. Prior agreement is required for your boat, so that there is room in the bay! It is surrounded by greenery and olive trees on a plot of 400 m2, first row to the sea, which extends up to 10 m from the sea, next to four smaller houses 20 m away, which are also for rent. The house is designed to accommodate up to 6 (six) people, 2x(2+1) +1, has a ground floor and an upper floor, with terraces and faces south, overlooking the sea and the Kornati National Park, as well as the islands of the Zadar archipelago. On the ground floor there is a large barbecue and a terrace with a table and chairs, an outdoor solar shower, and access to the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, a built-in stove - 4 x gas, a combined refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a mixer, and a kettle. Next to the kitchen is a living room with a bar and chairs, and a single bed. From the living room you enter the bathroom with a shower, hot water, and a toilet, on one side, and on the other, a bedroom (2+1) with a double bed and a single bed, with a separate toilet! For colder days, it is equipped with a wood-burning stove. Uncovered stairs from the terrace lead to the upper floor. Living room, with table and chairs, entrance to the kitchen, with sink (hot water) and refrigerator, stove - gas (no oven), shower bathroom, as well as to the bedroom (2 + 1), which has a double bed and a separate bed for one person, separate toilet. From the living room there is an exit to the terrace where there is a small table and armchairs, with a view of the sea and islands. The water in the entire house is rainwater - drinkable, it is brought by tanker, which is recommended to be boiled before use for drinking, tank 10 m3, it is necessary to use it sparingly, because it is replenished by a tanker truck that is not always immediately available. Electricity is from 6 solar collectors, throughout the house 220 V. All rooms are lit with LED energy-saving bulbs. Smart TV and Wi-Fi! On its own grounds, 10 m from the sea, deck chairs are set up to enjoy sunsets and a break from the bright sun. Note: in the pre- and post-season, from April 26 to May 17. and from 27.9. From 2025 onwards, it is possible to rent only the ground floor for 2 people, up to 20% discount (price for pets remains €8 per day) After arriving at the facility, we recommend guests inspect the general condition of the house in order to avoid inconvenience. We do not accept subsequent complaints! We ask guests to report any damage in a timely manner, so that it can be rectified in time. Final cleaning is mandatory and free of charge.
