Robinson's house "Sunset Romance", for rent ENTIRELY, is located on the southern side of the island of Pašman, in a beautiful small bay, Stivanja, 50 m from the sea, first row to the sea, 5 km from the town of Neviđane, on the northern side of the island, to which can be reached by ferry Zadar - Preko, 20 km by car, or Biograd - Tkon, 15 km. It can be reached from the state road D 110, intersection Neviđana, on a white road that requires more careful driving, straight to the parking lot next to the house itself, or by boat, a small speedboat, in the bay to the agreed place. A prior agreement is required for your boat, so that there is space in the bay! It is surrounded by greenery and olive trees on a plot of 400 m2, first row to the sea, which extends up to 10 m from the sea, in addition to four smaller houses 20 m away, which are also for rent. The house is intended for accommodation of up to 6 (six) people, 2x(2+1) +1, has a ground floor and a first floor, with terraces and is facing south, overlooking the sea and the national park "Kornati", as well as the islands of the Zadar archipelago. On the ground floor there is a large fireplace for grilling and a terrace with a table and chairs, an outdoor solar shower, the entrance to the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, built-in stove - 4 x gas, combined refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (with filter), mixer, kettle. Next to the kitchen is a living room with a bar and chairs, and a bed for one person. From the living room you enter a bathroom with a shower, (hot water), and a toilet, on one side, and on the other, a bedroom (2+1) with a double bed and a bed for one person, with a separate toilet! For colder days, it is equipped with a wood stove. Uncovered stairs from the terrace lead to the first floor. Living room, with table and chairs, entrance to kitchen, with sink (hot water) and refrigerator, stove - gas (no oven), shower bathroom, as well as bedroom (2+1), in which there is a double bed and a separate bed for one person, separate toilet. The living room opens onto a terrace with a table and armchairs, with a view of the sea and the islands. The water in the whole house is rain water - potable, it is brought by a tanker, which is recommended to be boiled before drinking, tank 10 m3, it should be used sparingly, because it is replenished by a truck - a tanker that is not always immediately available. Electricity is from 6 solar collectors, 220 V throughout the house. All rooms are lit with energy-saving LED bulbs. Smart TV and Wi-Fi! Deckchairs are set up on our own grounds, 10 m from the sea, to enjoy the sunsets and respite from the bright sun. Note: in the pre- and post-season, from 01.04.-15.5. and from 30.9. possible to rent only the ground floor for up to 3 people, with a 20% discount!
Robinson tourism Lujo ( Pašman - Neviđane)
The robinson holiday house "Lujo" is located on the island of Pašman, in the bay called "Stivanja". The sand beach is 30 meters away. The bay "Stivanja" (or locally called "Lokvice") is on the west side of the island and is turned to the National park "Kornati" and islands of Sit, Žut, Dugi otok and Iž. The house has one bedroom for two people. It also has kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need - dishes, dinner service, dishcloths, gas stove, fridge (120 litres), freezer (80 litres) and fireplace with barbecue. There is the terrace by the house with deck chair and garden furniture. You can also find the garden shower behind the house. There are towels and bed linen prepared for you in the bedroom. Our house is made for robinson tourism, so the water tank is supplied with 3000 litres of water from the water system. Although the water is for drinking, our advice is to boil water before the consummation because of the high temperatures in the summer. Another advice is to bring bottled water with you. Tap water is installed in the kitchen, bathroom and outdoor shower. The electricity in the house is generated by the solar energy (220 V). Water and electricity should be spared as much as it could be. The house is directly accessible by car (parking is located in front of the house) on improvised and rough (pebble/earth) roads across the hill, which can be affected by weather conditions. Because of that, roads are not recommended for low-cars, but that doesn't mean you must have SUV. These roads can be passed with normal car with careful ride. Pets are not allowed in our house.

I am renting 4 apartments on the sea, in a place Neviđane on the island of Pašman. In front of the apartment there is a private beach with umbrellas and deck chairs. A few minutes from the house there is a large sandy beach with shade and a playground for children. Apartments are 2 + 2 with balcony and sea view. On the ground floor there is a small house with a garden and a fireplace.

In Neviđane lives about 400 residents, who are traditionally engaged in agriculture, fishing, and tourism. Tourism, as well as in other parts of the coast is being developed at the end of the sixties, and accommodation is offered exclusively in private accommodation in apartments, rooms and holiday homes. Here is a beautiful sandy beach that is ideal for families with small children. The sea is very clean thanks to the strong sea current in the Pašman channel, that changes direction every 6 hours. In addition to swimming, sunbathing and water sports, all visitors and guests can enjoy well-known Pašman cuisine. We recommend a pleasant bike ride, so you can explore the whole island. To lovers of entertainment and nightlife, we recommend an evening in nearby towns of Biograd or Zadar.
