Accommodation description
Newly built gorgeous house of 180 m2 on three floors, for up to 10 people. Built on the site of an old shade, on a plot of 1200 m2. In the basement there is a basement (a communal room decorated in a gorgeous style, with a fireplace on the wood). In addition there is an indoor pool size (300 x 260), a Finnish sauna for relaxation and a shower. The first floor is dominated by a large living room with a kitchen and dining room, a living room with a terrace overlooking the Dobre valley and the surrounding green hills. There is one room equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the attic are three bedrooms, one room equipped with two single beds, one room with double bed (160x 200), one with a sofa bed (160x 200). In addition, spacious bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a washing machine. Parking space, green and spacious garden with outdoor grill and gazebo for enjoying the air. In Moravice, on state road D3 (70 km from Rijeka and 90 km from Zagreb), Vučinići village turns into the valley of the river Dobre, passes by the train station and comes to the small village of Žakule.
