Villa Martin is a holiday house built in 1961 and renovated in 2017 where up to 8 people can spend a relaxing time in the 175 m² of area, which has a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are 4 AC units and 2 fans in the house, as well as 2 balconies. A modern kitchen invites you to prepare great dishes yourself with all the necessary utensils. Of course, you can also watch satellite TV in the living room, and there is even a selection of films on DVD in various languages waiting for you. Outside, you have a typical stone charcoal grill, and next to it, there is a pavilion for relaxing. Next to the entrance doors, you have an outdoor covered terrace for dining. There are two private parking spaces available on the property, and 1 on the street.
