Villa Mira is a 4-star vacation house for 8+2 persons located in the village "Kringa" in central Istria. Surrounded by nature, Villa Mira is a great option for guests who don't like noise and traffic and want to enjoy the peace and natural surroundings in a rural location. When you decide for Villa Mira, you will be first in a row and no one will block your view since it is situated on an elevated terrain giving you privacy while enjoying your dinner on a terrace in the evening, swimming in a beautiful pool afternoon, or waking up and looking over a balcony with a nice country view of a small valley. The Villa has its own enclosed yard of 700 sqm where guests can enjoy an outdoor pool of 26 sqm, an outdoor gazebo with sitting furniture, barbecue and a covered terrace for dining near the kitchen. For our younger guests, we also have a trampoline, swing, and darts. A lot of guests enjoy physical activity, so besides running in a natural environment, you also have a little fitness room with a few machines and a sound system for music. Private parking is available for three vehicles inside the property and 1 parking space outside, next to the property. The total living area of the Villa is 230 sqm, with two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an exit to the terrace with a dining table. The dining room and living room are connected and separated from the kitchen. There is 1 bedroom with its own bathroom on the ground floor and one separate shared toilet. On the first floor, we have three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and exit to the balcony with a country view and direct sight of the swimming pool. There is also a small empty room for bags, luggage, etc. A lot of our guests regularly make dinner at the Villa, but there is also an option to visit a great Istrian restaurant with traditional food located just 100 meters from the Villa. We will provide you with a lot more information about the surroundings, activities, attractions, gastronomy, etc. when you arrive at Villa Mira. We are always available for our guests at providing tips, recommendations, support, and a generally great experience. Just as you enter the villa you are welcomed to the most important area of the house where you will be spending a big chunk of your time. On the right, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need to show your cooking skills. On your left, there is a living room with a beautiful futuristic oversized window making you feel like you are merged with the outside world while enjoying your favorite Netflix movies and shows in a crisp 4K resolution delivered on a huge 65-inch display. The center of the room is taken by a hardwood dining table connecting the kitchen and living room thus completing the cohesiveness of an area that is controlled by a dimmable lighting system allowing you the adjust the brightness of the room to your liking. For those who can't resist those late-night snacks, there is one en-suite bedroom on the ground floor just a few steps from the kitchen, making it easy to steal food from your friends and family during the night :) Going down the stairs to the “basement” floor, you will find another bedroom with its own bathroom. As you walk upstairs to the top floor, you are familiarized with 2 MASTER en-suite bedrooms sharing a delightful balcony where you can read some books, chill with a few drinks or just enjoy the warm rays of the sun. Two bedrooms are work-ready offering a desk and WiFi connection with a speed of up to 40 Mbps. They also have a satellite TV and a modernized french balcony giving the bedrooms a whole new dimension. At the time you wake up in the morning and go downstairs, you have 2 options to start your day. Go to the kitchen and make yourself a coffe/tea, or go forward through the balcony doors and jump straight into a swimming pool. The choice is yours! After the daylight fades away and summer night takes the spotlight, the whole property is complemented by night lights, from the ambient balcony lights to the pool light resulting in a calm and moody atmosphere to be in. Not to forget that the house has a lot of glass windows and doors adding another layer to the whole night experience making everything pop a bit more. Mix that with an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool and you have a perfect formula for ideal summer evenings. INTERIOR: The villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor, a living room and kitchen are sharing the same big air-conditioned space. The living room has a big sofa that turns into a sleeping area for 2 people. There is also additional sitting furniture, a USB-C wall outlet, and a small desk for charging your devices, as well as dimmable LED lights. Satellite TV is 70 inches with 4K resolution and free Netflix & Disney+. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 2 electric stoves, 2 kitchen hoods, kitchen island, ice maker machine, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, mixer, etc. Next to the kitchen, there is an entrance to the separate dining room with big windows and glass walls, as well as the dedicated TV and AC for that area. From the dining room, you enter the small hallway leading to other rooms. The first one is a bedroom with a pool view, AC, luggage rack, and a bench. The bed is 160 cm wide. Then you have a laundry room with a washing machine and cleaning tools. Next, we have a stylish gold-accented bathroom with a walk-in shower and a huge LED mirror. The last room on the ground floor is a dedicated office with a desk, chair, small fan, and a 32" monitor. On the floor upstairs, you have 3 bedrooms with high ceilings. The first bedroom on the left has a huge window with access to the balcony. It also has a satellite smart TV, AC, luggage rack, and a bathroom. The bed is 160 cm wide. The second bedroom is in the middle and has a big window, AC, bathroom, and a 160 cm wide bed. The third bedroom upstairs is the biggest one, with its own bathroom, as well as a big window, satellite smart TV, bench, and luggage rack. The bed here is 180cm wide. EXTERIOR: The property is detached and completly fenced perfect for privacy, small children, and pets. The most important thing in the yard is a beautiful 30 m2 swimming pool with built-in stairs. By the one side of the pool you have 8 sun loungers with 3 a small tables. If you like shade, there are 2 big offset sun umbrellas. By the other side of the pool, there is a sitting area for 6 people. It located next to a dining room, so you can even see the TV inside. This sitting area is partialy covered by a balcony. Next to this sitting are is a covered decorative area with grass and olive tree. Then you have an outdoor dining area which is covered by a pergola. This pergola can be opened and closed. Dining area has 8 chairs, and a sink next to it. In the corner of the decking, you can find a floor sitting area with carpet, pillows and blanket. It is also great for small children who want to play on the ground. The electric grill is located on the pebble area of the yard. There is also a swing chair avaliable for relaxing. The parking area can acomodate 2 or 3 vehicles depending on the size. Additional parking is avaliable on private land, just 50 meters from the villa. Also, you have free street parking 30 meters from the house.
