Property description
Newly built facility, located in a quiet part of Veli Iž, plenty of silence and privacy. The house has two floors, on the lower floor there is an apartment of approx. 65 m2, while on the first floor there is an additional 35 m2. The house has three bedrooms with 6 beds, two double beds 180*200, 160*200 and two single beds 90*200. The house has two bathrooms with a toilet. The house also has two terraces, the upper one for sunbathing and evening enjoyment with discreet led lighting, and the lower one is equipped with a large parasol and you can spend the whole day on it. The island can be reached by ferry from the port of Gaženica, which from 01.07. until 15.08. it runs twice a day, and with two more lines that run from the city port in Zadar, but then you have to come without a vehicle. There are two very well-equipped shops in the village, 6 restaurants/taverns/pizzerias, 3 cafes, a clinic, a post office, a tennis court and a basketball court.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 15% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 85% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.

Pets are welcome and are charged extra 10 €/night.
