The apartment is located on the 4th floor, has 2 parking spaces within the building, and is located in a quiet neighborhood that is very popular due to its proximity to the beaches, sports fields in Žnjan. 50m from the building there is a cafe and bakery and a butcher, and 70m away there is a shopping center with a fishmonger, shop, pharmacy, DM store, bank and two more coffee bars. Also, nearby is the popular Dalmatino pizzeria and the post office. This neighborhood is among the newest neighborhoods in the city of Split, located near the exits from the city of Split, and is very well connected to the roads with which you can easily enter the neighborhood, but also exit and go to larger shopping centers. The owner of the property is a person who has been renting for more than 20 years, who has never had any problems with guests, who is very warm and hospitable, ready to help guests and provide information they need.
