Distance from the waterfront 400 meters and from Diocletian's Palace and the Catedral of St.Duje 350 meters. The waterfront is the main promenade and place for relaxatio in Split, with many cafes, pubs, taverns, clubs and restaurants, as well ascmany cultural events, all in the pedestrian zone. Distance to the famous main city beach Bačvice is 1000 meters. Luxury rooms MARIOTY are close to all important facilities, and in a quiet and paceful street without crowds and noise on the edge of the pedestrian zone. A few minutes walk from the ferry port, train, main bus station and a 10-12 minute easy walk to the ULTRA EUROPE MUSIC FESTIVL stadion. A deposit in case of demage to the accommodation facility in the amount €200 must be paid upon arrival. This deposit is charged in chas. The deposit will be refunded to you upon check-out and after the inspection of the accommodation facility without any demage.

The location of the apartment is just opposite the old archeological museum in Zrinsko-Frankopanska street, which is great as it is close enough to the city center, has conveniently grocery shops, bakeries, coffee shops, pharmacy and even a farmers market nearby, but it is peaceful enough to do your work. The apartment has a reliable super-fast fiber internet connection. The apartment has two double bedrooms both with double box-spring beds (180 x200 cm and 160 x 200 cm). Additionally, one of the bedrooms is equipped with a working desk and office chair. It is pebbeled Kaštelet beach with several coffee bars. We rent only one comfortable apartment placed in the mansard of our family house. Size of apartment is 70 m2 + 20 m2 of terrace. It has one double bedroom, one small room with single bed, dinning room with kitchen, living room with auxiliary bed (couch), bathroom and a large terrace. Terrace has a rocker, table and shower. Enjoying wiev to the sea you can relax and sunbathe protected from prying eyes. Apartment is air-conditioned and equiped with TV and WiFi internet. Parking place is in the garden.

Split is one of the oldest cities in Croatia.
