Built in 2007 this southern facing - all day sun - penthouse type apartment with fantastic sea views is located in the village of Seget Donji near Trogir. With very modern furnishing and fittings this cleverly designed spacious property is an ideal holiday retreat. The design provides for, in addition to a main bedroom, two large gallery bedrooms. Hours can be spent on the large balcony enjoying watching the maritime world pass by. The apartment is part of a complex of six independent ones - of course each having its own private access etc. A five minute walk takes you to the 'Lungomare' - a 4km long seaside pavement- The property is an easy 10 minute drive from Split Airport - for those not wishing to hire a car arrangements can be made to collect/deliver from/to the airport.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
