Detached holiday house for 6 to 8 people, 30m from the sea with heated private outdoor pool. The house has direct access to the beach. Outside heated swimming pool is 8x4m (depth 1 to 1,5 meters). The water in the pool is chlorine-free. Notice: GUEST TURNOVERS are only on Saturdays (Check-in and Chack-out only on Saturdays) Minimal booking is 7 days. The house is NOT FOR RENT from November 1th to March 31th. The pool is for sole use of the guests. Property has a big terrace 35m² and pool terrace 50sq.m with beautiful sea view. 6 people are sleeping in 3 bedrooms and there is a possibility of 2 additional people to sleep in the living room on a pull out sofa bed. Bedroom number one is located on the first floor and has a double bed. Bedroom number two is located on the first floor and has two singl beds. Bedroom number three has a double bed and is equipped with ensuite shower and toilet. It is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance from outside. All three bedrooms have their own separate air conditioning devices. Covered parking for 2 cars in the yard on the property. The house is located in Seget Vranjica which is 5 km away from Trogir and 30km away from the city of Split. Nearest airport is Airport Split 12km. Every bedroom and living room has a separate air conditioning device. Total number of air conditioning devices is 4. You will be alone in the house, the owners live in another house in Solin (Split) 30 km away. Guests can use 4 bicycles free of charge (2 for adults and 2 for children)

Seget Gornji was built in 1564 when Trogir nobleman James Rotondo got permission to build the castle. Later around the castle will form a settlement which was surrounded by a defensive wall and four towers due to the Turkish threat. Inside the castle in Seget is the parish church of Our Lady of the Rosary, which was built in the 18th century.
The whole municipality Seget is a suitable destination for family tourism. Throughout the coast stretches a beautiful pebble beach with crystal clear waters and numerous restaurants and bars. Along the beach is a nice promenade to the hotel - apartment complex Medena.
