Property description
The house contains two apartments, on the first floor is a two-room apartment of 75 square meters with a balcony (it has an extra bed with a pull-out mattress and can accommodate 5 people), and on the second floor is a one-room apartment of 42 square meters of interior space and a large terrace of 33 square meters ( it has an extra bed with a pull-out mattress and can accommodate 4 people). The apartments are newly renovated, comfortable, fully equipped. It is located only 60 meters from the sea and the beach, there is no noisy road nearby. Peace, quiet, a view of the sea and the pine forest. There is a long promenade by the sea with various restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and sports facilities.There is free parking for guests in front of the house.

Tourist tax is included in the price!
For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 50% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 50% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
