Property description

Apartment Klaudio is located near the harbor, just 80 meters away. From the center you can walk around the entire town along the promenade by the sea. It is located on the first floor and you can park your car in the garage, which is included in the price. In the center there is a grocery store, bars, restaurants, souvenir shops and ice cream parlors. The Klaudio apartment with a total area of approximately 45 m2 has two bedrooms, both with double beds. There is bed linen on the beds. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, etc. The bathroom has a bathtub, a toilet and a sink with a mirror. There is a garden table with chairs and a parasol on the terrace. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the bay of Rabac. Note: In the period from June 8th to September 13th, 2024. Stay 7/14/21 days and changing guests only on Saturdays!

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
