The apartment has two terraces, one on the front side, which can be accessed from the living room-kitchen. The terrace is 10m2 in size, covered and equipped with a table and chairs. The second terrace is located in the back side of the house, the terrace is accessed from the apartment hallway, 40m2 in size, equipped with a table, chairs, and a parasol. The terrace has an outdoor shower. Guests have one free parking space in the yard of the house, in the shade of trees and greenery.
