Apartment M2 **** - apartment for 4 people is located on the ground floor and consists of an entrance hall with a kitchen, a living room that can be separated from the kitchen by a sliding door, a bathroom, bedroom with a double bed. It is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating. dishwasher and washing machine, satellite TV, and outdoor furniture and barbecue on the large terrace in front of the apartment Total area 45 m2. The apartment also has its own part of the garden with a trampoline, sandpit, slide, and barbecue! This apartment can be adapted for wheelchair access on request. Apartment M3 *** - apartment for 5 people is located on the 1st floor (possibility to rent together with ap M1 for larger families) and consists of an entrance hall, spacious kitchen, living room with 2 sofa beds and each makes a bed 100x200cm and can be combined into a double bed + corner sofa that also unfolds if necessary and makes a bed 120 × 200, bathroom, bedrooms with double bed + 1 bed 120 × 200 + cot if needed. It is equipped with 2 air conditioners, a dishwasher and washing machine, satellite TV, wifi, and outdoor furniture on the spacious terrace. Total area 75 m2. The apartment also has a private part of the yard with a playground for football, basketball, badminton, sandpit, seesaw, children's garden playhouse, outdoor furniture which is accessed directly from the pre-terrace of the apartment! Warm holiday home in small quiet village Kostrena. Kostrena is famous of its history of capitans and sailors. Therefore, our house was home to many generations of seaman through 300 years of its existence, but is fully renovated. No one else lives in the house so every guests will have its own privacy. If necessary, you can contact us. In front of the house there is a covered terrace with a table and benches surrounded by greenery and Mediterranean plants. There is also a BBQ near the covered terrace. Parking is free and is located in the fenced yard of the house. We also have free WiFi and air conditioning. House has 2 floores. On grand floor are 1 half bathroom with washing maschine, livingroom with sofa that can be converted into bed, fully operational kitchen (dishwascher...) and diningroom. On the 2nd floor there are 1 full bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one bed for 1 person and other for 2 persones. The house is setteled 5 km away from Rijeka (3rd biggest city in Croatia). Rijeka has many historica monuments and museums, also one of the biggest attraction is Trsat castle which is on few minutes away of our beautiful place. And there are many other natural and cultural beauties worth visiting.
