DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION FACILITY: - The accommodation facility is located in the coastal town of Brist at Peča 13a, between Ploče and Makarska - In front of the facility there are 5 parking spaces for cars, and 40 m from the facility there is also a parking space for vehicles up to 10 m long - Behind the facility there is a barbecue area equipped with a built-in barbecue, water, electricity, wood and equipment - On the 1st floor there are: Apartment (1) for 4 people 44 m2, Apartment (2) for 5 people 38 m2, Apartment (3) for 3 people 25 m2 - On the 1st floor there is also a covered terrace of 25 m2 with a sea view on which there are 3 tables and 13 chairs - On the 2nd floor there are: Apartment (4) for 2 people 23 m2, Room (5) for 2 people 21 m2 - On the 2nd floor there is also an uncovered terrace of 24 m2 with a sea view on which has 2 tables and 8 chairs - Distances to the beaches: 70 m horizontally and 17 m vertically as the crow flies, minimum 170 m on foot, minimum 700 m by car DESCRIPTION OF WORK METHOD: - We sell our local products of olive oil, almonds in the shell, ripe and dried figs - We rent out short-term tourist accommodation during the summer season from 15.6. that 15.9. every year - In order to be able to book accommodation, one must send their request 10 or more days before the start of their stay - We do not accept guests with pets as this may disturb other guests - The accommodation is available to guests from 2pm to 10pm on the day of arrival until 8am to 10am on the day of departure - According to the house rules, it is forbidden to make noise between 2pm and 4pm and 11pm to 8am - All guests, except guests from Room (5), can use the barbecue room free of charge between 10am and 12pm, 5pm and 7pm or 8pm to 10pm - Guests are welcomed with clean bed linen and 1 small towel per person, and the change during the stay is listed below - For stays of 1 to 13 days, the rule is that bed linen and towels are not changed during the stay - For stays of 14 to 20 days, the rule is that bed linen and towels are changed once on the 7th to 10th day of stay, but not on Sundays - For stays of 21 days or longer, bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days on the day of the week chosen by the guest, but not on Sundays - If guests request bed linen to be changed more often than the rule, or require large towels, this will be charged additionally PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD: - Total price of stay = (cleaning 4 EUR/m2 + stay – departure on Tuesday or Wednesday) x (1 + sum of the corresponding price corrections in % / 100) - For stays of 1 – 3 days, the price increases by + 30%, and for stays of 10 – 30 days, the price decreases by - 10% - Price correction in % due to the number of persons = 25% x (number of persons – offered capacity) / offered capacity - Discount is given for advance payment - X% for X months (0.3 < X < 15) from the inquiry for accommodation until the start of the stay - Discounts for the length of stay, for a smaller number of persons and for advance payment are added together so that the highest discount can be - 38% - The price includes: tax and tourist tax, cleaning of the accommodation before the stay, use of the accommodation in compliance with the house rules, bed linen, air conditioning, wireless internet access (Wifi), SAT-TV, one parking space per apartment/room, use of 2 terraces that are common to all guests, use of the barbecue area for all guests except for guests in Room (5) - Payment is made in part as an advance, and the rest up to the full price is paid in cash on the first day of stay, because we do not accept cards CHANGE OF DATE, CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION AND RETURN OF ADVANCE DEPOSIT: - If we cancel your reservation, we will refund you 100% of the advance payment as soon as you send us your bank account number - If you want to change the reservation date and we can offer you a new date in the same season that suits you, then the old reservation is canceled by your acceptance of the pro forma invoice for the new reservation, and 100% of the advance payment becomes an advance payment for the new one reservation - If you want to change the reservation date and we cannot offer you a new date that suits you, then you can keep the existing reservation, or cancel it and get a refund of the advance payment according to the rules below - If you cancel the reservation before May 1st, we will refund 75% of the advance payment as soon as you send us your bank account number - If you cancel the reservation from May 1st to 25 days before the reserved date, we will refund 50% of the advance payment in September of the same year - If you cancel the reservation less than 25 days before the start of the reserved date, we will refund 25% of the advance payment in September of the same year - If you do not cancel the reservation and do not arrive at the reserved date, you lose the right to a refund of the advance payment
