The region of Istria is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia. Near the Stella Maris tourist village, where the famous Umag Croatia Open ATP tennis tournament has been held for years in the second half of July, there is the DIVA apartment which offers a comfortable holiday home for up to 5 + 2 people. The apartment is located in a privileged tourist area much loved by tourists. The location is great for vacationing or watching the ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament. Guests will have at their disposal comfortable accommodation in an idyllic landscape. Sun, beach, and dream accommodation: the DIVA Stella Maris apartment offers ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday. The beach and the various bathing facilities can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The proximity to the sandy beach crowns fantastic accommodation. The beaches in the area are sandy and equipped, near the coast, there are pine trees or other vegetation where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. There are also pebble, concrete, and rocky beaches as every few hundred meters the coast changes its structure. Various bars and restaurants serving regional and international menus on-site are within walking distance. The area is however quiet and central. The spacious 128 sqm apartment located on the first floor of a family house with a magnificent shaded terrace (16 sqm), is equipped with everything you need to stay in complete comfort. It has a bedroom (20 sqm) with double bed 160x200, 2 bedside tables and night lamps, dresser as a coat hanger, wardrobe, 2 tabourets, the second bedroom (11 sqm) with double bed 140x200, desk, chair, wardrobe and exit to the wonderful terrace, the single room with desk, wardrobe, iron and ironing board, mirror, the corridor with hangers, cupboard, air conditioner, bathroom with tub/shower, sink with cabinet, mirror, wall hairdryer, services, washing machine, the second bathroom with shower, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, hairdryer, the large separate living room with flat-screen cable TV, exit to the balcony, sofa, sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, furniture living room, dining room with table and 6 chairs, Wi-fi internet connection. The bright kitchen adjoining the dining room has a hob with 3 gas burners and an electric one, oven, refrigerator with freezer area, smoke extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, Mocca, kettle, toaster, exit to the large and equipped terrace. The terrace with a table and 6 chairs overlook the garden. On the large terrace, guests can end the day in complete relaxation. At the entrance, there is a 12 sqm terrace available and a barbecue for common use in the garden. Free public parking near the house. Children can have fun in the landscaped playground next to the house. Accommodation is suitable for couples or families with children. The ideal holiday home in a modern and functional structure. In the vicinity of the apartment the restaurant with a wide choice of special menus of fish, meat, and dessert. The nearest restaurant is 200 m, bar 250 m, supermarket 500 m. Just 300 m from the station of the tourist train that leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and travels along the coast to the center of Umag and vice versa. In the center to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended. For those who love the gym on the seafront, there is outdoor equipment to use for free, children's play areas along the coast. To shop it is better to walk a few kilometers to the most convenient supermarkets in the city: Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, golf court with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, various boat or bus trips. Water sports enthusiasts will find diving, water skiing, and surfing here. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore the area will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and an impressive marina. Excursions in the hinterland interesting the city of artists Grožnjan, Motovun a typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the area of the white truffle, Hum the smallest city in the world, PN Plitvice, the seaside areas PN Brijuni, trip to Fish picnic boat, excursion to Venice, Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Baredine cave. A visit to the theme park in Funtana and the nearby Istralandia water park will make the hearts of people of all ages beat faster. Tastings of wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham, and much more. On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.
