Apartments Villa Ivka ( Krk - Baška)
Villa Ivka was built in 1914. by Mate Petar Dorčić, a merchant from Baška and it was named after his wife, Ivka Dorčić. Back then it was one of the few houses in the 'new' part of Baška. Besides the large family Dorčić which lived in the house, during the summer the rooms were rented to tourists. Worth noting are the Czech poets Jiri Wolker and Konstantin Biebl who stayed in the house. Part of villa has been owned by family Hrabrić since 2010. We have added another floor and the house now has 3 apartments which are rented to tourists. During the renovation, we have made sure to retain and renew the architecture of this Secession building. Inside of the apartment old stone walls and wooden beams are retained and are decorated in a warm, traditional style with modern details. Located only 150 meters away from the notorious Baška beach and the city center, they will undoubtedly offer an unforgettable family vacation. Villa Ivka provides a warm family atmosphere. On the south side of the island of Ciovo, only 2 km from the apartment, there is the famous shrine of Our Lady of Prizidnica, which is definitely worth a visit.
