Apartment Nino In Liznjan, can accommodate 4 people. It is located in the center of Ližnjan, a quiet neighborhood with a fenced garden, ideal for rest, relaxation and enjoyment. Hacienda Matea - a completely fenced estate of 2,000 m2 with a beautiful modern house, located in a quiet area between Pula and Medulin. A green oasis between the sea and the mountains, ideal for a relaxing holiday, just a few minutes by car to the sea, vineyards and fields or to the city center. Spend unforgettable moments with family or friends with a barbecue on the terrace with a view of the olive trees and the pool with the chirping of birds and the sound of the wind. The beautiful view from the living room of the pool and olive grove and the exit to the large terrace will leave you breathless. On the terrace there is a dining table, a screen for resting and deckchairs, a swimming pool and an outdoor shower. For the youngest, there is a swing and table tennis, and our garden is ideal for children's games. As the sun begins to set, you can recline in a hammock in the garden that smells of olives and local herbs and watch the sun set in the distance. The location of Hacienda Matee is an ideal starting point for visiting all the sights and features of our region. In just a few minutes you will reach the center of Pula, where you can visit the Amphitheater, a protective landmark of the city of Pula and Istria, local gastronomy and nightlife. On the other hand, in Medulin you can visit one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Croatia with its beach bars. For fans of the crystal clear sea, there is also the Kamenjak Nature Park with its cave, rocks, farm, dinosaur trail and Beach Bar Safari. Wine lovers will be able to test their tastes in nearby wineries with a view of the vineyards. We definitely recommend visiting the nearby oil mills and their olive groves and testing local oil and local cheese and prosciutto. The gastronomy of Istria leaves you breathless, there are local taverns and agritourisms that serve only local food from local producers. Locally grown fruits and vegetables can be purchased nearby, such as a butcher's shop and a fish market. Villa consists of 2 floors with total 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, big terrace on first floor and big pool with amazing stone plated yard around it. On first floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with double beds. There is fully equipped kitchen with big living room and amazing piano which exits to sunny terrace. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with double beds and second with single bed. Villa has big POOL of 30 m^2 in front of it with sunbeds and siting area around it. DETAILS: Welcome to Villa Lidia, which is located in a quiet cove small picturesque place called Splitska. This place is the oldest known port on the island of Brač that was active during the building of Diocletian's palace in the distant 3rd century. Villa is located on the right side of the bay, in a pine forest and is only 50 meters from the sea. Villa has a large pool & which is surrounded with stone paved yard on which there is a fireplace, table with chairs under the olive tree, an outdoor shower and sunbeds. From stone pave you enter ground floor which consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 with double beds and second with single bed. There is small new kitchen and dining place with table and 5 chairs. Also there is full bathrooms. On first floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with double beds. There is fully equipped kitchen with big living room. In living room there is amazing artistic sofa, dining table with 6 chairs and amazing piano on which you can play, if you have the will and knowledge :). From living room you can exit to big sunny terrace of some 80^m on which there are two seating sets and from booth of the you can observe sea, pool, pine tress and totally relax. There is free private parking for 2 cars in front of the villa and more free parking space on public free parking 10 meters from villa entrance. First beach is 5 minutes away by walking and center of village with cafe bars, restaurants and shop is 8 minutes away.

From the Trogir bus station you can travel to various natural places and cities, as well as take advantage of the sea trips offered in Okrug Gorno on the central beach or in the Trogir marina. The airport is only 7 km away and also close to the city of Split. Near the apartment there are 3-4 restaurants, a cafe on the beach, 2 small shops and a diving center.
