After a short walk from the Church of St. Francis to the sea in the widest Betina stone pathway, you will come to the gates which will welcome you with smells of the sea, Mediterranean, nostalgia and you will experience Dalmatia as once was. Distance to the sea is 60 meters. Along the coast, there are small, stone, and concrete beaches. The nearest beach is at 60 meters and a little bigger beaches are at 250 meters, the city beach is at 600 meters. Out of the town you can find idyll sand, gravel beaches, and beaches under the pines. In the center, you can find a post office, market, bus stop, shops, restaurants, and bars. All this you can find at 150-200 meters of distance. Elite restaurant with seafood delicacies is at 80 meters of distance from our house. If you drink a coffee in Betina it only takes a few kunas. Apartments DevcicDZ offer two apartments located on the ground floor, with sea view, and only 20m from beach. Apartment 4 + 1 with two bedrooms. Apartment 2 + 1, has one bedroom with a double bed. The living room has a sofa that can be extended into an extra bed. The bathroom and kitchen are smaller. Both apartments have a private entrance and a private terrace with a sea view. We have provided parking for our guests and it is located behind the apartment. The apartments have got air conditioning, and we have provided our guests with wifi internet signals. The fireplace is available on demand. The beach and the sea are just below the apartment, 20m. It is suitable for the elderly and children because the entrance to the sea is accessible, and there are small stones and sand in the sea. There are 2 deck chairs for our guests on the beach, and there is a shower nearby. In Miletići there are several restaurants and cafes, a children's playground near the waterfront and you can reach everything on foot. Shop, bakery, pharmacy, market, library, post office ... are located at a distance of 2-5 km and for that, you will need a car.

Welcome to our old family stone house! It was recently renovated and is fully equipped and furnished for your pleasant stay. It is situated in a quiet historical area in Preko, surrounded by typical Dalmatian stone houses and olive gardens. The town center is 5 minutes walking distance, where you can find many shops, bars and restaurants. Nearest beach is also 5 min away on foot. Our holiday house has two floors. On the ground floor there is kitchen (dishwasher, stove top, fridge, oven, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, etc.), bathroom and living room with TV (with more than 100 TV and radio channels). There is available free unlimited access to internet connection. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double bedroom and another one with three single beds (which can be rearranged as needed) and one toilet. As well as on the ground floor, each room is equipped with air condition unit with heating options for the winter time. You can relax, eat, drink or just chill at the open space dining area in the yard with bbq grill. We will provide wood on your request. The yard is surrounded with the garden where you can pick up some fruits ( figs, plumes, medlars, etc.) depending on the season. There is also a small herbal garden with parsley, basile, rosemary, lavender, which you can use when preparing your meals. From our balconies there is a view of the island of Pašman, and in the distance you can see the Kornati island. In the yard there is a movable barbecue which is available to all guests. The sea and the beach are 150 meters away from our house by air and 180 meters by walk, which means that in less than five minutes walk you are on a well-maintained path on a pebble beach with two concrete piers. The sea on our nearest beach is especially clean. Next to the beach there is a small cafe. The main city beach is a ten minute walk away. It is a sandy beach with many restaurants and cafes, and nearby is a large water slide for children, a trampoline and many other facilities. Your children will be happy because there is an adrenaline park near us, less than a ten minutes drive away. Of the natural beauties, the closest to us is the Vrana Lake Nature Park, which is only a few kilometers away from Biograd. It is possible to take a trip to the Kornati National Park from the Biograd waterfront by boat. We are 30 and 40 kilometers away, to our larger cities of Zadar and Šibenik. Not far from the town of Šibenik are the Krka waterfalls, a national park worth seeing. The small town of Benkovac is 18 kilometers away. Near Benkovac, a fair with a century-old tradition is held tenth day of the every month. In the beginning, it was a cattle fair, and today there you can find a lot of interesting things to see.
