Apartment Adrian differs from most other apartments because it was created to provide comfort like a vacation home: You and your family are guaranteed complete privacy because you are the only guests in the entire house and all the facilities' resources are subordinated to you only! The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with a stable WIFI connection, it is located in an elevated position in a quiet street in the northwestern part of the city of Omiš, and is spread over a separate half of the complete house: it consists of an independent apartment of 82m2 on the 1st floor with a private entrance (surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean plants), with its own large closed garage on the ground floor (which has access directly to the street). The building faces the monumental mountain rocks on the north side, while the south side faces the mouth of the Cetina River and the Adriatic Sea. From the northeast, the building has its own large terrace of 25m2 with a solid roof, ideal for afternoon relaxation with a large grill for grill lovers, while from the southeast, it has a large balcony of 16m2 suitable for morning sunbathing or evening relaxation with a drink, with a view of the old Omiš pirate fort surrounded by a mountain , by river and sea... The mountains of Omiš are full of hiking trails, and the canyon of the river Cetina offers the possibility of boat trips, enjoying rafting on the river, canyoning or an adrenaline zipline... This newly renovated, modern apartment is located on the first floor of a private house in the small town of Posedarje (20 km from Zadar). One-bedroom Apartments Vista 1 and 2 of 4 stars are on the 1st floor, and one-bedroom Apartments 3 and 4 of 4 stars are on the 2nd floor where there is an office for rent for a long stay ( 1 to 3 months). Location of the house is exceptional because of the beautifull sea view, specially of a breath taking panoramic view of the sea from the 40m2 large terrace of the apartment 1 and from the 16,5 m2 balcony of the apartment 4.. There are sitting set and sun beds on both of them. Balconies of the apartments 2 and 3 of 6m2 are not so large but have sitting sets and a nice sea view. All apartments are comfort, fully equipped. Parking and WiFi are free for our guests. Center of Cavtat, the beaches and sea-side promenade are about 900 m away from the house. The nearest market, restaurant and a bus stop are 300-350 m from the house. Dubrovnik Old Town are 20 km away and can be reached by bus or by boat. Airport is 5 km away.
