The holiday house "La felicità" is located in the hinterland of Zadar, in the small and quiet village of Zemunik Gornji. Accommodates 6 people and offers an outdoor pool with a fountain, sun loungers and comfortable hanging armchairs. Also a sun terrace with a beautiful view, a fireplace, a sitting area and much more. The accommodation is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi as well as 2 free parking spaces. The house is surrounded by traditional stone walls and offers complete privacy. The house contains a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms, three bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds), an open gallery space... Where will you be: Zemunik Gornji is a small, quiet and safe place in the vicinity of Zadar. 10 minutes drive to the nearest beach (Sukošan) and 15 minutes to Zadar (distance 18 km). Zemunik Airport at a distance of 7 km is also a few minutes' drive away. You can recall natural parks such as: Telašćica and Vrana lake and national parks: Plitvička jezera, Krka, Kornati and Velebit (Paklenica). Zrmanja Canyon offers rafting. You can find more beautiful beaches (Bibinje, Petrčane, Zadar, Novigrad), restaurants, museums, cathedrals and parks. We are available for all questions.
