Our luxury villa can accommodate 9 people in 3 comfortable bedrooms and a living room that is a separate room and we use it as the fourth bedroom in the house and 2 bathrooms with shower cabins, each of which has a Smart TV and satellite channels, a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, TV and a refrigerator for your drinks and a swimming pool with comfortable loungers and a jacuzzi and an infrared sauna for guests who want to relax and unwind. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room for family gatherings or vacations with friends, equipped with satellite television and SAT-TV and surround sound. The elegant ground floor of this fully air-conditioned villa consists of a modern kitchen equipped with everything guests might need during their stay, a beautiful dining room, a sun-drenched living room, one bedroom with a private bathroom. Next to the house there are stairs leading to the first floor of the house which consists of 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and smart TV, bathroom, living room with large TV and air conditioning which is a separate room and can serve as a third bedroom for 2 people on the first floor of the house, kitchen and beautiful terraces. The villa's yard is completely fenced with hedges and stone. For the youngest guests, a beautiful shaded children's playground is set up in the yard equipped with double swings, a slide and a carpet of soft artificial grass. An outdoor wood/charcoal barbecue is located by the pool and is available for preparing delicious delicacies in the fresh air which guests will enjoy at a beautiful outdoor table with 10 seats during warm summer evenings. Guests have 3 private parking spaces available within the beautifully landscaped yard. An ideal choice for enjoying an early morning coffee or a late evening glass of chilled indigenous wine. Ošlje is an ideal location for trips to the surrounding towns of Mostar, Međugorje, Kravice, Korčula, Mljet, Cavtat, Vjetrenica Cave, as well as a one-day trip to our Dubrovnik islands of Kalamoti, Lopud and Šipan, and enjoying top-notch gastronomy and organic food. In addition to the offer, you also have the option of renting our boat with a skipper for one-day trips to the Dubrovnik islands. For all the details of the trip, feel free to ask me. Glorijet is an ideal place for pleasant socializing and happy moments with music. Furthermore, our eco-garden behind the house is also available to guests, from the fruits of which delicious dishes can be prepared. In Villa Ivona you will find a highchair and a cot, which will be of great help if you are coming with the youngest members of the family. Come to Villa Ivona, use your vacation to learn something new, forget about the obligations and routine that surrounds you every day, and indulge in the charms of Dubrovnik and the clear Adriatic Sea. The villa is yours alone, you are the only one staying in the villa, and we (the owners) live in the center of Dubrovnik. If you want, you can ask me and I will send you a grocery list. For our guests who arrive late at the villa, we will provide free breakfast the day after arrival at the villa. Other notes Villa Ivona has its own new motor boat that it rents to guests for day trips. The boat is rented with a skipper, and our guests have a discount for the selected day trip. Willa była zachwycająca już od samego wejścia: przestronna, nieskazitelnie czysta, z luksusowymi udogodnieniami, dzięki którym poczujesz się jak w oazie wellness. Basen jest idealny – orzeźwiający, zadbany, z pięknym widokiem i dużą ilością miejsca do relaksu. Jacuzzi było idealnym miejscem na relaks, szczególnie wieczorem, gdy dom jest oświetlony i otoczony ciszą natury. Sauna to mile widziany i rzadko spotykany dodatek – korzystaliśmy z niej prawie codziennie, co naprawdę znacząco wpłynęło na poczucie pełnego relaksu. Szczególnie doceniam detale: miękkie szlafroki i wygodne kapcie sprawiły, że czuliśmy się rozpieszczani; za każdym razem, gdy wracaliśmy z plaży lub z wycieczki, witała nas atmosfera domu – ale luksusowego.
