Apartment Flower is located on the outskirts and in a quiet place, tucked away from the main road between Pula and Medulin. The air-conditioned apartment of 42m2 consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a covered and paved terrace and a fenced yard with a large parking lot. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove without an oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, an electric toaster, necessary dishes and kitchen towels. There is an air conditioner in the kitchen. In the rest area there is a sofa, a flat screen TV-SAT and a coffee table. The bathroom has a shower cabin, hair dryer, towels with free shampoo and toilet paper. It is located only 4-7 km from the beaches, the city center, the sights of Pula, the airport, 500 m from shops, restaurants, and the bus station. View from the estate: panorama, yard, meadows. The owner lives permanently in a shaded house with a separate entrance. My cat Cicana is also in the area. Welcome to Apartment Flower!!!
