Detached renovated house with its own fenced yard. Possibility of parking several cars in front of the house. Well insulated, cooling in summer as needed, central heating on pellets in winter. There is a small chest freezer in the kitchen. On the rest of the property there are about 20 hens and chickens, which treat guests to eggs for breakfast. In the fridge there are several types of homemade liqueurs (cherry, walnut, carob...). In the bedroom there is a bed 1.4x2, in the living room there is a sofa bed 2x0.80x2. In the bathroom there is a shower and a washing machine. Toilet and sink.
