It also has a balcony and two large terraces. On one terrace there is a table with 8 chairs. The house has a fenced yard, barbecue, outdoor shower and lawn, and two garages and parking spaces. The owners of the house live at a different address so it is fully available to guests. Guests of the house have at their disposal a pedal boat which is included in the price as well as the sojourn tax. Crna Punta is a tourist place located between the Karin sea and Novigrad sea. It consists mainly of family houses and apartments. It has 2 shops, 2 restaurants, and 2 coffee bars. The place is quiet and suitable for a family vacation.
