The holiday home "AMY" is located in the small tourist town of Slatine on the island of Čiovo, 7 km away from the UNESCO city of Trogir and a few kilometers as the crow flies from the large and cultural center of the city of Split. This means that you are in the right position and once you arrive you do not need a car to get around. Both of these cities can be visited by small tourist boats that operate up to ten times a day. The place itself has several restaurants and bars. The house itself is located in the center of the town and is close to the post office, grocery store, dentist, clinic, and bakery. Although it is in the center, it is a little isolated, so there is no heavy traffic and you can rest in peace, without the noise and clamor of the nightlife that boils along the beaches. The house is about 300m away from the nearest, and at the same time from a beautiful beach, or 5 minutes on foot. And if you don't want to go to the beach, there is also a private pool of about 20m2 that is sunlit all day long, without shade and surrounded by olive trees. Ambience to be desired. Accommodation consists of two comfortable apartments. The EMPEROR apartment is located on the ground floor, and the KING apartment is located on the first floor. Both apartments have separate, private entrances and each has 100m2 of living space plus a terrace or balcony. And both can accommodate 4+1 people. Each has two rooms, and the rooms have a large bed (200×180) for adults in one room and a QUEEN bed (180×160) in the other room for children. An additional person can sleep on the sofa bed. The KING apartment has one bathroom and toilet, and the EMPEROR apartment has two bathrooms. The living room in both apartments is comfortable, and the kitchens are equipped with all necessities. All the furniture in the house is several years old and is constantly renewed, and quality mattresses and pillows will make your sleep even better.
