Accommodation description
This is a place where you can relax and sleep in silence after an active summer day. Guests have the entire house and garden at their disposal. Dear guests, a two-bedroom holiday home is for rent in Polača, Zadar County. 11 km from the sea and beautiful beaches. Polača is located between three National Parks and next to the Vrana Lake Nature Park, so fans of active tourism will also find something for themselves. Possibility of renting a quad ATV and organized tours of Ravni Kotari, cycling on marked trails, hiking, walking, fishing and bird watching in the Vrana Lake Nature Park, etc. The village has a tennis court, football and basketball courts, children's playgrounds, a pizzeria, fast food, several cafes, various family farms where you can buy local products, famous eco certified wineries and olive oil mills. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, open grill, WiFi, Netflix, Android TV, board games, toys for small children, etc. In the courtyard of the house there is a vineyard and an olive grove and enough space for parking several cars. It also has a garage that is currently used to store bicycles, garden machinery and other household supplies. At your request, it can be emptied if you want to have space for a car or motorcycles. Two bicycles, regular MTB, are available to guests free of charge. If you want more bicycles, please specify in the request when booking, there is a possibility to rent them at nearby Biograd. The house is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, and the first neighbor is 50 meters away, so privacy is guaranteed. Do not worry if you want to socialize louder, it will not bother anyone or just enjoy the silence, the choice is yours. The host will make sure that you do not lack good wine. The yard is fenced, the area is a little more than 2000m2. Pets are welcome! The distance to the nearest grocery store is 300 meters, but every morning there is a "traveling shop" where you can buy daily necessities including delicious fresh bread, burek, pastries and drinks on the doorstep. The distance to a larger shopping center is 8 km, a 10-minute easy drive, downtown Biograd. Don't forget to visit Benkovac, a beautiful old Croatian town located 10 km north of Polača and visit its attractions, museum, fortress, beautifully decorated cafes and restaurants. A special attraction in Benkovac is the widely known Benkovac Fair that takes place every 10th of the month. Svaki komentar bi bio suvisan osim da je sve bilo savrseno od kuce ,domacina ,mjesta..sve je bilo kako smo i dogovorili tj kcer je dogovorila s g.Denisom cak i vise ..gospođa Andela nas je docekala ljubazno ..svjeze voce na stolu u frizideru sokovi i voda ,kava za aparat ma sve..i najbitnije cijena je bila sasvim pristupacna ? Zelimo Vam i dalje puno uspjeha? i vidimo se sigurno opet makar da se javimo i popijemo kavu ?
