The newly renovated apartment TiM is located on the first floor of a private house in a quiet part of town, about 1.5 km from the center of the old town, which you can reach by walking through the Vruljica park and along the Zadar Marina. The nearest Maestral beach is about 800m away, but Uskok and Borik beaches are also close by. For those who still want to get in the car and drive to the beach outside the city, Pinija beach is a 10-minute drive away, and the famous sandy Kraljičina beach in Nin is a 20-minute drive away. Apartment TiM is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed for which a 140x200 mattress topper is available. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, hood, and all necessary dishes. The washing machine is in the bathroom. The apartment has two balconies available, from the bedroom and from the living room. The view is on the garden and the garden full of greenery. It is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, in front of the house there is parking within the building.
