Experience the ease and charm of Vodice at our friendly home! Located just a 2-minute walk from the Vodice bus station, you'll be in the heart of action, yet on a peaceful street. Our location offers convenient access to the local marketplace, hospital, pharmacy, a 3-star Michelin Restaurant, stores, banks, cafes, and more, all within 100m. The closest beach and harbour for excursions are also within a 10 minute walk. Perfect for couples who need a cosy stay, and your pets are welcome! Prostor Your apartment is a separate part of our house and is located a bit above the ground floor. The apartment is about 45m2 in size and consists of 4 parts. The biggest space is the living room with the kitchen, TV, and a huge sofa that can stretch in case you want more comfort when watching TV, reading etc. There is one bedroom with a double bed and Ikea furniture such as two nightstands, clothes rack, and a cubic wardrobe. The second room is the bathroom. Besides the apartment there is the terrace and the patio where you can relax. If you are coming by car you can park it inside our yard at the entrance. Dostupno gostima You have the whole apartment and terrace for yourself plus the patio to relax. Free parking lot inside the yard included. Ostale napomene This apartment was originally designed for our family, so we've included all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, oven, air conditioner, kettle, TV, and refrigerator. Here are some additional notes for your stay: PETS Pets are welcome in our home. We can also share recommendations for nearby pet-friendly beaches. TOWELS AND BED SHEETS Fresh towels and linens are provided upon arrival and for stays longer than 7 days. KITCHEN The kitchen is part of the spacious living room and comes equipped with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you'll need, along with a stove, oven, and dishwasher. Enjoy meals at the table inside the kitchen or head to the larger terrace for al fresco dining. AIR CONDITIONER Feel free to use the air conditioner to cool down the space. PARKING LOT Free parking is available in our yard or at the entrance. Please note that street parking in the center of Vodice requires a fee. THE TERRACE AND THE PATIO While the apartment doesn't have a sea view from the balcony, you'll enjoy the large terrace with additional seating and a table. There's also a charming patio beneath a fig tree, perfect for enjoying a drink on one of the barrel chairs. The terrace and patio offer a cool and refreshing escape, especially in the mornings, thanks to the shade from the vegetation and neighbouring buildings.
