Located just a 2-minute walk from the Vodice bus station, you'll be in the heart of action, yet on a peaceful street. Our location offers convenient access to the local marketplace, hospital, pharmacy, a 3-star Michelin Restaurant, stores, banks, cafes, and more, all within 100m. The closest beach and harbour for excursions are also about 6-10 minute walk. This flat was originally designed for our family, so we've included all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, oven, air conditioner, kettle, TV, WI-FI, and refrigerator. The whole place consists of a spacious living room with a kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and a private bathroom. There is also a large terrace with extra seating and a table, plus a charming fig tree patio with chairs and barrels, offer cool escapes, especially in the mornings thanks to shade. Free parking included. Fresh towels and linens are provided upon arrival and for stays longer than 7 days. **LANDMARKS** Sibenik Town Hall and the Fortress are 12 km away. The nearest airport is Zadar Airport, 63 km, while Split Airport is about 70 km away. Krka National Park is 30km by car. There are also local boat excursions to visit Krka or National Park Kornati Island and Dugi otok with Nature Park Telascica. Visit museum of a Croatian Renaissance inventor "Faust Vrancic" on the nearby Prvic island just 10 min away by the local boat.
