The new modern holiday home Kraljevic1 was built in 2006. As well as one single room the house offers four apartments each complete with sitting room, SAT-TV, kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, shower/toilet and from one to three balconies. The single room and the four apartments, all fully air-conditioned and with wonderful panoramic views, promise you enjoyable holidays to remember. The house 2 has 2 rooms. The price for the accommodation includes towels, bed linen without beach sheets, a furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity, water and tourist tax. A grill is also at your disposal. A parking area for several cars is available behind the house. Next there is the possibility to use the washing machine. There is a market just 100 m away, several butchers shops and restaurants, Caf?bars, fashion shops, grocery stores, two banks and a post office, an outpatient clinic, several exchange offices and public transport. The beautiful beach can be reached in only a few minutes. A harbour for yachts and speed boats lies only 50 metres from the front of the house.
