House with 3 apartments, suitable for families, in the countryside, quiet and sunny. Category 3, or three stars (***). One apartment AP1 for 4 + 1 persons and studio apartment AP2 for 2 + 1 persons are located on the first floor and an apartment AP3 for 4 + 1 person on the ground floor. Distance to the beach is 150 m, parking in the courtyard. Each apartment has a private terrace of 18 m2. Each apartment has a satellite television and air conditioning. 100 m from the apartment is located ATM, restaurant dining and a supermarket with all the necessities for a normal purchase. Sharing the plot 400 m2 and barbecue. All apartments are equipped with necessary household items for a normal life and enjoy 2-5 people. The price includes bed linen changed every week. Air condition is available at extra cost of EUR 10. Cot for children up to 3 years at an additional cost of EUR 10. Additional bed available for a surcharge of EUR 15-20. Barbeque is available to guests daily. Garden with more parking spaces. Sea-beach 150 m. Shop, ATM, and a restaurant to eat 150 m. Prices are in EUR for one day, in full season guest shift at weekends, local tax not included, wheelchair access is possible only in the ground floor apartment AP3, pets are not allowed. Confirmation of the reservation payment is 30% of the total amount of vacation. To stay 1-4 days surcharge to the price of the 30%. Change-over - check out by 10 am, check in from 14 pm.
