The house is completely renovated and the apartment itself is well equipped to accommodate all guests' requests. Because of the proximity to the beach and the spacious indoor and outdoor space, as well as the quiet part of the city where it is located, the apartment is ideal for families with children. Distance from the sea is 200 m, and accommodation in the town center provides an excellent opportunity for an active holiday, cycling, day or evening walks. Sojourn tax, bed linen and towels, air conditioning, wireless internet, satellite television and parking are included in the price. Children up to 12 years free. Children older than 12 are counted as adults. For stays shorter than 3 nights, the price can be increased by 20-30%. Reservation is made by paying an advance deposit in the amount of 20% of the total rental price of the apartment for a specified period. Arrival to the apartment is after 16.00 hrs (with prior notice) and departure until 10.00 hrs.
