Throughout the summer for monthly or half-year rent, we offer an elegant apartment with an exceptional sea view and a unique location. The apartment is located in the town of Umag in Croatia, just 100m from the main square, bakery, market place, supermarket and at the same time next to the main city beach (30m to the sea/beach). In the multi-apartment building, there is a garage in the basement, where a guaranteed parking space will wait for you. The apartment is available immediately - for a longer period of rental (until October). You can reach the apartment by stairs or use the elevator to the third floor, where the apartment is located. The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a kitchen, and a separate bedroom with an extra bed on the second level. There is access to the balcony from the bedroom and from living room. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washer-dryer and shower cabin.
