Dear future guests, Welcome to "Happiness" apartment. This spacious completely renovated and fitted apartment is an ideal choice for your vacation. It is located only 300 metres away from the beach, in a very peaceful and quiet part of Sveti Filip i Jakov, a small town in Zadar County. If you give Happiness apartment a chance, you will surely have a memorable, relaxed and pleasant experience. Happiness is a new apartment in our family house, on the first floor. It occupies the surface of 100 m2 of interior space and 40 m2 of exterior space (2 balconies). It is designed for a maximum of 7 people. The apartment consists of the open concept totaly new kitchen; and living room, which are connected to a large balcony that has a bar with 6 chairs and a gorgeous view of the sea, making it the perfect place to enjoy a few drinks with your dearest ones. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge, freezer, espresso machine and coffee maker, water machine, a cooker and an oven. There is also a dining table for 6 people. In addition, there are three large bedrooms, a modern bathroom and another, smaller balcony. All three bedrooms have large double beds. There is also a double sofa and a flat screen TV in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, hair dryer and other toiletries. The smaller balcony, which has a small table and two chairs, could easily become your favourite spot for sipping morning coffee. Behind that balcony is your oasis of peace; private garden with olive tree; without neighbours at all.
