The owner is obliged to notify the guest about the entry into the apartment at the first subsequent contact. - In case of the disappearance or damage to furniture or equipment of the apartment the guest is obliged to notify the host right away. If the damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value to the host right away. - ANY VIOLATION of these house rules, may cause immediate cancellation of reservation, without payment refund.
