Property description

We are a family that has been renting apartments and rooms for more than 30 years. Within our family house there is an apartment NETI (50 M2) which is categorized with 3 stars and 1 room with bathroom NORA also with 3 stars. Our family house is surrounded by a garden and a large parking lot. The house has a ground floor and first floor, room NORA with separate entrance is located on the ground floor and apartment NETI is located on the first floor with its own separate entrance. The city center is only 15-20 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car and the first beach is about 10 minutes walk, near our family house there is a large store Kufland, children's park with swings and seesaws, restaurants Tugurio, Orka, Perla, dentist and a veterinary clinic. Our apartment NETI and room NORA are waiting for you to become our guests and enjoy an unforgettable vacation in beautiful Istria and Rovinj. Apartment NETI accommodates from 2 to a maximum of 4 guests, it is suitable for families with children, couples or friends and the room NORA 2 guests. Next to the building is a brick barbecue in our garden, where you can enjoy the delicacies from the barbecue that you prepare yourself in peace and quiet. In short, an ideal place to escape from everyday life and relax for the whole family or couples or friends. Towels, sheets and blankets are provided. Cleaning is done regularly after guests leave. Apartment NETI and room NORA have free WI-FI internet and free parking in the yard so you can leave your car in the yard and comfortably go to the beach or to the center on foot, thus avoiding additional parking fees. The hosts are hospitable, quiet and unobtrusive people who are at your disposal for all your inquiries about any information and the best offers of the city of Rovinj and its surroundings. Every guest is special to us and we strive to feel good while staying with us. That we have succeeded is shown to us by the faithful guests who have been with us for more than 30 years. For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
