The larger room has a double bed (200 cm x 200 cm), the smaller room has a sofa bed that serves as an extra bed (140cm x 200cm). The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The apartment has a beautifully landscaped garden (90 m²) with a covered terrace (3 x 4 m) equipped with garden furniture (table, chairs) and outdoor mobile barbecue to moderate. Surroundings: Apartment BETA is 1500 meters from the Main Bus Station and 35 km from Pula Airport. Nearby are restaurants, a supermarket and a gas station. The center of Rovinj is only a 20-minute walk away. The nearest grocery store and ATM machine are 500 meters away. A large shopping center and a gas station are 1000 meters away. The center of Rovinj and other tourist facilities are approximately 1500 m away Square: The famous CUVI beach is close to the property (300 m), so it is located on the beach and on foot, just a 10-minute walk through the park forest surrounding the beach. Cuvi Beach is a beautiful beach bordered by pine trees, on the south side of Golden Cape. The beach is 700 m long and is a combination of pebbly, sandy and rocky beaches. There are several restaurants and various sports activities on the beach (trampoline, bicycle and pedal boat rental, etc.). The beach is neat and due to its gentle entry, this beach is especially suitable for families with children. Just a few meters from the sea it is possible to lie in the shade on the grass or rent a deck chair. Rescue services are available in designated areas. Beautiful pine forests and various services make Kuvi Beach one of the most visited in the city.
