Welcome dear people! I am an expression of art with lots of colours, energy and coastal charm, which will bring joy in your life :) located in the centre of Rijeka, where everything is close at hand. I am on the 1st floor of the historical building Venutti built in 1895 and protected as a part of Rijeka cultural heritage, and I offer privacy, relaxing atmosphere and oasis of peace with a view at a beautiful park in newly furnished 45m2. The ceilings are very high and Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole apartment and is free of charge. I have everything needed for comfortable living including a big living room with two multifunctional pieces of furniture, you can use it as a chaise longue and a single bed (each 90x200cm), a electric heating, fully-equipped kitchen, with an oven, 2-plate stove, fridge with freezing compartment, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, free coffee and tea, radio and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower, wash machine and hair dryer. There is also a big bedroom next to living room, which includes a big double bed (180x200cm), a one multifunctional piece of furniture, you can use it as a sofa and single bed (90x200cm), big closet with a safe box, iron, a flat-screen SMART SAT/TV and air-condition. The ceilings are very high and free, fast and unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole apartment.
