The 65m² apartment can accommodate six people and has a first floor, and an attic level. The first floor has a living room with a new kitchen, a spacious bathroom and the master bedroom. The living room provides a dining table for six people, LED TV (82cm) with satellite, and a stretched sofa bed for two people (160 x 200cm). The apartment has 2 air conditioning units, one in the living room and one in the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. The master bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe and a double bed (180 x 200cm) with two bedside tables. The main bedroom has a skylight (skylight could be shaded). Modern wood and steel stairs lead to the upper attic floor, where there is a second bedroom with a double bed (150 x 200cm), and a second toilet. The upper floor bedroom has a south-facing, furnished balcony, with a stunning view of the village. The apartment is equipped with portable bed and high chair for younger children. The site is fenced and provides safety for children as well as for pets. A medium-sized dog is allowed. The gate in the front garden is not locked, but can be closed. However, children should always be supervised while playing. The apartment provides a shared parking area, 30m from the yard. There is also a large terrace shared with the other apartment. It is furnished with garden furniture, a parasol and a portable barbecue. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and the Velebit mountains.
