Property description

The house is situated in Lopar, in an attractive and peaceful area, 350 m far from Paradise beach (San Marino). All that you need for a cosy vacation is a few hundreds of metres near the house (shop, sport courts, hairdressers salon, er...). For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 09:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
