Apartments Slaven and Milena Balen are located only 3,5 km from the center of the old town Rab and only 100 m from the sea and beach. The center of the old town Rab can be reached by car in a few minutes. We offer accommodation with sea view, free Wifi internet and free boat berths located 100 m from the property. There is also a nice garden with a barbecue, and a nice place for children with bunnies and tortoise. We have parking spaces for all the guests.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.

Pets are welcome and are charged extra 5 €/night.
